Dues

Dues are divided into Council and Pack dues. This division is new as of 2024.

Council Dues

$170 per scout for 2024.

These dues are paid online when you join (for new members) and on the anniversary of joining (for existing members). Members who joined prior to 2024 should have an effective anniversary date somewhere between October and December. Watch for emails from scouting.org reminding you about renewal.

Pack Dues

Like we have done in years past, pack dues are reduced for members who participate in Popcorn Fundraising. Here are the two options for pack dues:

With popcorn fundraising participation: $30 per scout

Without popcorn fundraising participation: $60 per scout

These dues cover the full year of scouting, including costs of materials (neckerchief, slider, patches, belt loops, race kits), and they help subsidize many of the pack's activities (campout, pinewood derby, rain gutter regatta).

If your family, or a family you know that would be interested in cub scouting, is unable to afford the cost of dues, please contact a Pack leader to learn about scholarships and Registration Assistance/Scholarship programs. We do not want dues to prevent anyone from participating.

Adult Leaders

$80 per leader for 2024.

Much like with youth registration, these dues are paid online when you (re)register. If you were an adult leader prior to 2024, your anniversary date should be somewhere between October and December. Watch for emails from scouting.org reminding you about renewal.

Pack 1049 will reimburse adult leaders for this registration cost. Please send a receipt to the Pack Treasurer.
